Our 1-bedroom apartment rents for $490 for the bottom level and $510 for the upstairs level. The apartment is approx. 550 square feet. The tenant is responsible for the water, gas & electricity which averages $95-105 total per month. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, disposal, fridge and oven. There is a phone and cable jack in the bedroom and living room and we are able to get the DSL, cable internet and wireless internet via Lawrence Free Net. There is also a walk-in closet in the bedroom.

There is a laundry facility on-site, as well as a swimming pool and we are located on the KU & Lawrence Bus routes. The apartment complex is a very quiet community with graduate students, teacher assistants, and professionals who work close by or use the I-70 to commute to work. We do allow caged animals, cats and dogs. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit for the cat, but no pet rent. There is a $150 non-refundable pet deposit for the dog, with $35/month extra on rent along with other conditions.
